You can't, period, and do not listen to anyone who says you can. The only thing you can get is the registrar of the IP block range (the ISP) and a generality of the location after doing a trace...

Any way to get them to waive that fee? There are lots of competing gyms in the area. I think it is pretty rediculous to charge an up front fee like that.
