so ever since i was lower the bar down wrong...could i have damaged my back? if i continued a little bit longer? cuz i was doing this for like a year or so...even more...
its just that people are all talkin crap how my arms don't match my "chest"...like friends poke fun at me about my chest...they say "your arms don't match your small chest" etc...iono
wow i still can't get my chest to grow...i can't see any improvement...kinda weird because every part of my body is growing especially my arms but my chest stay flat...
well i ask this because every single person i see in the gym has no log...they just train whatever...do you guys memorize all your guys workouts[sets, reps, etc]?
naww cuz i hear that after workin out for a long time u have to take a break to rest your body..n i was wondering if it was necessary to really take a break...cuz of 3 months of workin out...
Well ive been working out for 3 months with the current workout plan i have right now...ive been using the 5x5 plan...ive seen great gains in terms of strength n some mass...i just lacked on...
oh ok thanks guys....i was just making sure i wasn't the only one getting my knees bruised...well yeah i keep the bar as close as possible when deadlifting...
Well im not sure but everytime i deadlift my left knee always gets bruised...is the bar suppose to slide down your thighs and shins? cuz when i deadlift and when i go down it hits my knees first then...
