not very healthy imo. and cutting year round sucks. 10-12% is fairly easy to maintain without depriving yourself too much, just loose some water weight before a shooting. leangains method would help...

I eat 2 meal a day, the first is at 11:30-12:00 and is 600-700 cals the nest one is when I get home at 18:00 and is 1000-1100 cals. after the last meal I feel full and I never get to go to bed hungry.
