    I have been getting some nausiating migrane/headaches lately when exerting myself in the gym lately. What could be the cause?

    One side note is I cut back on smoking a ton since the new year so far...

    7 months benching; 2 months squatting = higher bench.

    At any rate, my squat will fly by my bench as Im gaining muuuuch faster with my squats than my bench.
