Hmm i'll try that but that doesn't explain why my back are starting to look better than before using pullups, and my diet is the same when i used machine or cable exercise.

I have definitely more muscle mass than body fat if I had to guess I around 15-20% if I had to guess since I can kinda see my abs when its sunny outside
