if you're trying to cut get about 300 cals under maintenance. be sure to get all your macros most people recommend 50,30,20 carbs, protein fats

honestly bro if i were you id cut. go about 400cals under maintenance, get your macros right when u get between 8-10%bf do a bulk 400-500 cal surplus.

year and a half also im 6 foot 2 so 60kg was majorly under weight.
