I think many woman do the inner and outer thigh machine because they use it to get rid of (Thigh CUSH)! Thigh cush isn't always a bad thing ladies. ; )
Yup hang leg raises are good! Another would be lying down leg raises, rev. crunches any abs really where your legs are off the ground. Crunches with legs at 90 degree angle in the air also helps tone...
No for abs do them as often as possible! Just no more than 6 days a week! My Coach for track is a trainner and they really just need one day to rest! So pump those abs and Good Luck!
