Just eat at maintance or more and lift heavy. Be sweaty and exhausted the entire time you’re lifting. Follow starting strength or one of those beginner programs to the word.

Don’t cut at 17, take advantage of your youth. No point in cutting with those lifts anyway. Get strong first
