Been doing this for 3 years. Staying around 70% with reps in the 8-12 range has helped blow up this past bulk(up 15) as opposed to my first 2 bulks were i stayed in the 3-8 range.
-Training heavy(90%+) has given me little progress besides bragging numbers
-Eat right or gym is pointless
-Yohimbe is god for fat loss(for me atleast)
