    I don't think you are eating nearly enough calories...even for a cut. It seems to me you should be eating AT LEAST 2000 calories.

    Anybody agree?

    Guy, this diet is not going to work. You are going to be hungry all the time. Not to mention the fact that your workouts will suffer and you'll feel like a bag of **** all the time.

    I may be out to lunch here but I don't see any way your diet (using your sample meal day as reference) adds up to be 2200 calories (kilocalories).
