I take BCAA's when I run, it sure feels like it helps with endurance. I don't get winded as often but I don't use them enough to make a final decision at this moment.

Most all the posts I have seen in regards to this will vary between 1-1.5 g per pound of body weight. I never come close to reaching mine though :(

There were no refrigerators for hundreds/thousands of years, I'm sure they will be OK to consume if at room temperature for a small period.

I have a poverty blender I am using at the moment but would like to get a semi decent juicer (maybe as an xmas gift ? ) for under 120 bucks or so ? Anyone have one they use that they would recommend ?

Not positive but I am a big coffee advocate and that doesn't make me hungry so I would guess the sugar is more of the culprit ?

I will drink pop every once in awhile or natty fruit juice if the need arises. Try coffee for energy and/or flavor, I absolutely love my Keurig and making coffee in that thing is very simple and fast...

Technically you can drink them, but that sounds awful to me.

This.......what you are saying contradicts itself, also alcohol can have a ton of calories in it depending on what you are drinking.

Yup due for an update. Maybe OP died from too much sodium and MSG

Ask him if he has finished cutting the lawn.

It may be feasible for awhile.....however when it pours and/ or snow and ice might want to have a back up plan. Otherwise biking to work might be sweet.
