this program looks awesome & I wish i could start using it, only one problem: the only gear i have is a squat rack, bench & barbells (with short bar as well, replacing dumbbells). I train at home....

though I'm struggling with the Overhead Press as well, but not as much. I'm not sure if i will be able to add weight to it every workout, maybe every 2 or so, but will see how it goes...
I need some advice on the skullcrusher exercise. I'm embarrassed to say, it appears my max weight is the bar itself (10Kg). adding extra 2.5Kg is doable, but it's very heavy!

How did you find the time, or strength, to eat up to 5K-7K daily? currently I'm on 2500-3000K calories & struggling like hell!
& for 6 month, that's even more impressive results :-)
Good work man, mind sharing with us more details: what's your work out routine, how much calories daily, how long it took you from first picture to the next one?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't 2.7 Kg increase while bulking is to little for a period of 3 months?
I started bulking as well last month (24.02) & I already added 2.5 KG. after a 3 month period...

mine are noticeable at the moment simply from walking with the dog daily, so in this case I will stick with 2 sets, will add more if i feel the need for it later on.
