About a month ago I had 1 pulled upper jaw and it was out less than 3 minutes I was back to work the next day with no pain just a little sore I just got the regular novacaine and awake.
Yes that is true about the candy thing,everyday when I go to the gym I have a piece of candy when Im in the gym and my energy level is fine,but I do have breakfast also before I leave the house.
Breakfast is good to start your day off,try to eat something every two hours after that,healthy snacks or some kind of a meal replacement bar or protein.Do you work out?
