I was eating about 2500 before, so increased by 500. The only reason I'm worried is because I'm deloading this week, and wasn't sure whether to eat the same, haha
Just got up to 168 pounds, about 5-6lbs gain in a week and half so perhaps I'm bulking too much, also looking like I'm carrying extra fat so I guess the advice would be to just eat a few less...
