    I recently bought some Yerba Mate and starting taking it as a PWO. I freaking love this stuff. Great energy boost without the jitters and crash of coffee. Has anyone else had luck with yerba mate?

    Complex carbs before a workout make me tired because my stomach is working hard to break it down. I prefer oatmeal 4-5 hours before training and coffee within an hour. But hey that's just me.
