I have my first show this saturday Oct 1st....depleted as hell...being a construction worker is a bitch at this point....took off the thursday and friday before so tomorrow is my last day...

That actually may work out better for me, I tend to lose weight quick, I have a fast metabolism and I my job has me working hard all day( masonary laborer). I will see how these next 2 weeks go with...

yeah i actually live in south jersey...

where is the show you are doing...depending on condition and how well I do I would really consider it...

I understand it is bad lighting...I work my legs 2 times a week so it is 3 days on 1 day off. I hit legs with squats, hacks, lunges, SLDL, and calves on the first leg day of the week
the 2nd leg day...

Well here it is...just took a picture of my legs...been working pretty hard on them for the past couple months...

my family and I stayed in Edinburgh for two days, then went to Loch Lomond(spelling). for the rest of the 10 days...that was the only gym I saw around....I was hoping to find one...
