    Very lean...probably 10% or so.

    Determine what your maintenance calories are...there are plenty of calculators...

    Awesome work for 2 months! Obviously dropped BF...especially in back and legs (which is common for men). Stomach always is the last to go.

    I would stay with your current plan...12 lbs in 2 months...
