That's exciting. Do you think XF is mostly for mass gain as opposed to cutting? I can't imagine being low calorie with this kind of soreness.

To give one example, we did split jerks two nights ago and this time I woke up sore in the neck and every tiny muscle around my legs and upper body. That was a pretty new feeling.

I figured I'd just update observations as I see them, so far what I am noticing is that I am really sore after CrossFit. I've been doing it since February, and I have a good sense of what kind of...
