man i love optimum 100% whey, so i tried its casein counterpart, but that mess didn't mix well and the taste was nothing to rave about

but besides that, the casein seems to work well before bed

yeah i've run 3 or 4 cycles of hd-2 and i had some mild GI issues on the last one (then again, maybe not so mild) but i was doing 6 caps + 6 caps of mass fx extreme so that's prob why
