For lifters that have used both wrist wraps, which is stiffer/more comfortable? Which is better for all around training? I plan to use the wrist wraps for both squatting and benching.
Just to clarify this is done with a training max of 90% of ones true 1rm like 5/3/1 right? That's what I inferred from the article as well as watching Laynes video.
I would definitely add highbar squats after deadlifts if you don't like front squats...I'm just curious though, you ran 5/3/1 for 4 years...what were your beginning lifts and what are your lifts now?...
When you say god-tier Japanese diet slows down aging, what exactly do you mean? IIRC the Japanese diet besides sushi is not that special, a lot of foods are deep fried like tempura and that is eaten...
Assuming equal training knowledge, it should be easier to build at 25 simply because test levels are a bit higher, but I don't think it is a huge difference, also how many 25 year olds do you know...
