as WhirlwindTobias said there's no correct amount of days, it varies with every individual ( or how their brain is f*cked up). But was no chance in hell i was gonna stop at 90 days, or even 150 days....
it's good to see people on board the no fap train. this **** changed my life, period! it cured my severe ED, motivation is through the roof and porn isn't an option now. around day 160 btw.
