anyone use a mouth guard of any kind when they lift? I noticed I grind my teeth when grinding lifts and I think it's causing a couple real sensitive teeth on that side of my mouth

I put on a belt at like 40% on squats, I just hate squatting without a belt it feels awkward and my back hates it. My best squat is 419 and I bet beltless that day I could only get like 365-385ish...

yeah I remember hating the squat bar my first couple meets but it never really affected the numbers I was able to hit thankfully, just more about a comfort thing I think
