It says to take 30 mins with a meal before lifting. I always drink a protein/oats shake before lifting. You think it would be ok to take the pak with the shake?

Im not sure why it didnt work for me. When I was taking v2 ALL my lifts went up and stayed up. Then when I ran out of the V2 they sent me V3 and I couldnt get my lifts back to where they were before....
