i mix 1.5 scoop of protein with three egg whites 1/4 cup of water mix n make protein pancakes
3/4 oz equals about 6-8 grams of protein depending on the type of meat and the fat content do the math with that and use calorie king for help
go with all natural/ organic stay away from skippy or anything with hydronated oils i down 2 tablespoons 2-3 times a day its good fat n fat dont store

i did the cut diet my self worked great but they do say you are allowed to replace the grapefruit for an orange i did it from time to time same benefits if u like oranges better then go for it
it all depends on your body type if your an endo just keep your complex carbs at breakfast and post work out the rest through out the day you'll get from veggies and raise your protein intake to 2g...
i love my crystal light and coke zero i drink bout half a gallon a day of crystal light and rest just water id rather just water but life needs taste especially on these diets
about to finish up on a bottle of AP great stuff n worth the couple bucks compared to most the garbage out there
