I have used Derek Charlebois in the past and he rocks. I'd use him again in a heartbeat. I don't think Derek has a website yet, but he is working on it. He is here on the forums and he has a ********...

First show this weekend. I'm competing in Men's Physique. No prejudging, just judging and awards.

Yes, so add to this, I usually go with about .35g of fat per lb of bw and the rest of the calories will come from carbs.

That's awesome dude that you keep an open mind. So many people get set in their ways and don't think anything else works.

Ya I think you are in a good spot. You can see results from past MP shows at rxmuscle.com. Some people that compete you are like, wow, and not in a good way. Good for them though for giving it a go.

If I had to choose one, I'd probably go with White Flood. It does the job plain and simple.

Best meal replacement protein has been XF Lemon Cream Pie. Best lower carb/fat protein is probably Cinnabon Trutein. Looking forward to trying Red Velvet from iForce.
