I plan to go on diet, but its too hard to count food macro, since pretty much of the food i didnt know whats the macro exactly, but i can roughly estimate how much calories is inside it
for the green tea part, for some people, they replace water intake with green tea fully, cause green tea can makes you poo poo more easy, i dunno, but one of my gym mate tells me, lol
to be honest, i cant also, at most i can pull is so that the head comes out, and thats before erect, after erect i pull, it would be pain as fuack, i think i need circumcision
macros pretty much most of it is carbohydrate, estimated ratio around carbohydrate 5, protein 2.5 and fats 2.5, lol
i eat steak pretty less cause in singapore steak would cost, if converted to us...
