Are the 8/11 jumps really necessary? My cheapo drill press easily drills from a 5mm hole to 13mm with a decent bit.
Mag drill makes this so much quicker though, go straight to the 17mm and it cuts...
Added a viking press attachment to it
conans wheel .. :)
Another quick flat bench ,
Welded end caps make things look soo much better.
I don't understand why people have a million layers of foam on a bench, I made mine with just 1 layer of 1/2" foam over ply, just cushions it enough so it still feels solid and comfortable.
I wouldn't bother, a simple steel frame is fine for a pull up bar.
Wouldn't be surprised if these were built out of 1mm thick steel lol.
Its true though, I'm around 210lbs at 5'9 w/ slightly low thyroid levels so I have check ups every 6-12 months ... every time I go she's shocked at my weight and tells me im getting too big and...
I use my mag drill for large holes.
Built a 'table' so the steel is thick enough for it to stick.
Clamp the upright to the welding table and line up the mag drill using the pilot pin, literally...
Made a Strongman yoke today,
Scrapped the other two I made because well I was a crappy welder then haha.
Going to polish it all up and clear coat it Instead of painting.
Made a simple tbar row handle
I have 2 of the black oxide bars,
One has sharp knurling , one is non existent ... so they're good if you get a good one.
I've got a pulse spin bike frame that I'm still working out what to do with :)
Thats the shop done :)
Ive always liked the table tops that are made of strips of flat plate with gaps inbetween for clamping.
Been working on this the last few weeks.
A small workshop for my welding so I can build more equipment ..
Outside is 99%...
Another shed next to the gym,
workshop this time though for all my welding stuff. :)
Here we go again ...
