    Can I cycle carbs like this??

    instead of going a week of super low carbs and carb up at end. will this be effective in losing fat while maintaining muslce and or growing muscle?

    workout 3 days a week. on those days take carbs...

    given those points. would the HIT routine be better modified to a 1-2secs up 2 pause 4 down scheme? then you're using power. still do one set and go to failure.
