i been busting my ass at the gym for 2-3 years now and barely made progress. been gaining fat and little muscle. i figured i'd be up to 180 mass by now! but not.
given those points. would the HIT routine be better modified to a 1-2secs up 2 pause 4 down scheme? then you're using power. still do one set and go to failure.
I know many are hating on this program. but i am going through with it. On my second week. I'm keeping a log with pictures so I can be a testament to the validity of this program.
where those exercises harder to do but felt like you weren't using your full potenial? I felt that way yesterday and not sure if it is beause those muscles...
