hit 465 squat easy, but after watching the video, it was not to depth.. god daaaamnit. Tried 485 after and hit depth, but stalled in the hole. I'll put up the video if...
Quick lift today, maxed out on press, then next week after maxing on squats will take a 3-4 week break from powerlifting and bodybuild for fun.
