I'm using MyNetDiary. I love that it tracks pretty much everything, plus I can add my own recipes and what not. And the analysis vs. goals feature is pretty sweet, as is the bar...

So I got with the times and started using an iPhone app to track calories rather than the old spreadsheet method I'd always used.

Man...talk about making life easier haha.

Last week went great, and I already feel better. Yesterday was a "cheat day" of sorts, but that was the only real negative of the whole week.

Recently discovered The Agonist. I'm usually not into this kind of stuff, but I haven't been able to stop listening to them.

9 times out of 10, my go-to cheat meal is a big, kickass cheeseburger.
