Is it good enough only doing one workset in all the main lift like squats benching deadlifts. I warm up well I do 2-3 warm up sets and I keep my reps between 8-12 reps
i play alot of sports but when i'm running i get a pain in my calf they seem to get very tight and it seems to move to the side and i have to stop the pain gets that bad. why is this? thanks

3sets of dips with bw (going to try add some weight next week)

3sets cable flyes. is that program for chest good enough.
has anybody tried smith machine barbell rows. was thinking of adding them into my back program. mix it up a bit. i'm looking for a excerise that can eliminated any cheating?
