chicken is great any time. i'd eat it every 2 waking hours if possible! so yes it's great before bed. have it with some complex carbs and fats and you're money!

has anyone had really sore knees from squatting? mine are sore as hell.. but only when i squat. cant even do bodysquats. will just giving them time off make them back to normal?
I'm on this squat/bench/dead routine and my knees are sore. is it safe to do squats or is there any other exercise i could do in place of them? would leg extensions even come close?
have carbs at breakfast, before workout and right after workout. other than that, have lean protein and healthy fats. combine with your cardio and lifting and you'll be in good shape
