I loved detonate... I was taking two in the AM with no pre... near the end I substituted 1 cap for a scoop of SPMax and it worked great. I'm on a stim break now but will be using that dosing schedule...

I've been using Hemoval pre and SizeOn intra this month while on a stim break... can't wait to give it a try stacked with a pre, which is typically SPMax - but I have 3-4 Domination samples awaiting...

I haven't had the lemon ice... but the fruit punch was decent. My favorite is the orange one. It's one of my favorite sups. I also mixed both flavors I;'ve had with a 32oz glass of water.

Though if you are concerned about calorie to protein ratio it's not quite as lean as some of the others. The vanilla is 155 cala for 25g of protein....
