    Good work on the deads man even if you did not get 405. Getting enough good quality sleep is a big factor but you seem to be hanging in there. Maybe try 385 next time?

    Mine was the elbow and the forearm but what I did should work the same above the elbow. I think you will find once you do the heat, massage and then icing a few times it will make a big difference...
