Don't listen to this guy. He is an idiot. Craze is awesome. Intense focus and nice smooth energy. I haven't had any sides yet so I would recommend Craze.

I have a bottle of both and am looking for a good fat burner. Would this be my best option or is there any other supplements out there that are better? Is this stack safe if you do it right?

I bought some so im going to give it a try. its made by a company called Kat-A-Lyst which i have never heard of so im kinda skeptical about it.

is it safe for a 19 year old or do u recommend it to 21+?
