i wouldnt worry about it i mean if you dont feel sluggish while your at the gym or out of the house doin stuff cuz if your at home and tired you can just relax and take a nap
just eat more, im the same way you are. when i eat alot and stay active im not tired but if your just watching tv of course your going to be sleepy or just feel lazy.
