400m walking lunge.... this was done in set ranging from 25m, to 100m, and weights ranging from bodyweight only, to about 75 lbs....it was awful

High bar squats, top set of 365x10 (who the F<uK does high reps, this is nonsense)... followed immediately by a drop set, stopping at 315, 275, 225, 185, 135.
