Form looks great.
However, I am a tad worried about the arching of the back on the negative portion. (0:27)
Doing heavy compound movements like bench & rows will work them as well.
& Training Delts will surely help make your arms "appear" larger :)
Bi's --> Underhand pull ups. Barbell Curls
Tri's --> Dips. Skull Crushers.
Chest --> Incline Bench, Flat Bench.
Back --> Rows. Wide Grip Pull Ups.
Shoulders --> Overhand Press. Upright Rows.
Don't drastically change your macros the next day to make up for it.
I would stick to the normal cutting macros...

Haha, there's a gym beside my home actually (5 minute drive). Their weights go up to 125lbs, which is awesome since I have yet to reach those.
But from time to time, I like to venture to other...
No matter how many times I warm up.. My lifts are far below from my expectations during the morning :/ Tried morning training 3 times in my life.. never had a satisfying session (joints...
