im 5'6'' 165 lbs and presently bulking, I want to weigh 180lbs
here are some pictures taken last week, dont be fooled by the lighting i look more built in the pictures than in real life imo....
looks very interesting I am seriously going to look into it !
but concentrating on 1 muscle a day means more sets for that particular muscle so after my workout i should be really pumped right ?
