would you say that doing around 3.60 km in 20 mins after my workout is working my heartrate too much therefore using muscle rather than fat or would u say it is adaqute for fat loss,
Does everyone do Cardio b4 or after, i have been doing it b4 weights as i like the pump and swear b4 doing weights but i dont know if thier is correct in order to lose fat.
