I get on average about 150-160g of protein a day along with more than 200g (I'm Asian, white rice=TONS of carb easily) of carb a day. I don't understand.
I used to think my chest lacked until I bulked up. I think the same can be said for someone on the opposite end of spectrum. Just check out my bodyspace and see for yourself. :P
