i take 1-2g a day @500mg a pill. there are alot of ppl that will say glutamine is useless but for me i seem to recover much better when throwing it in my supplement stack.

been taking Pre-Kaged for a few days now and its actually a good product

i've used it in the past with no issues. actually its one of my favorite multi's.

i have a tub of Krisp Apple Pre-Kaged arriving tomorrow. first time trying it so dont know if the 30mg of Niacin + 1.6g of BA will set me on fire or not.
