ill try that today im in iraq so its kinda hard to be picky about pre workout carbs i have extra nano vapor i don't really like it much but can i mix a scoop of each for a pre workout

i just started to bulk but when i was maintaining i used the same workout for a long time just changed the execises up allot
day 1 chest day 2 back day 3 legs day 4 arms day 5 shoulders it allows...
im looking into getting certified for personal training whats the best route to go and who is the most respected organization to ceritify with thanks sean
