Thanks. I am adding the above to my bookmarks. I have been studying the muscular system and it has enhanced my workouts. I can visualize the movement of the muscles I'm working. That aids my form. I am also studying the physiology of muscles cells...at the laymen's level. It a fascinating subject to understand muscles cells respiration and muscle cells contraction.

for me any bent over rows hurt like crazy and cause stiffness...i can deadlift with very little pain at all just typical doms..
