But yeah I have broad shoulders and fairly wide hips and a somewhat narrow waist . it makes my body shape pretty feminine . it's also hard to find pants with my beyonce thighs .

Bringing this back from the dead...
You'll probably have to go up a waist size to find pants that "fit"... I'm about 14% body fat 195lbs, with a 32in waist but nobody makes even a relaxed fit jean that fits my shape. So I end up buying 34x32 which fit me like slim fit jeans and then I have to wear a belt to keep from having my pants fall down all day. I was a runner for a while and that didn't make anything better just more visible bone. Not really much you can do if you really have this problem and it's not just a perception thing.
I'm much the same really, however I've come to enjoy having a large butt and hourglass figure personally. It makes long car or plane flights 10x more comfy.
