See wasn't sure if the suits were different.
If I wash wraps and Yellow Jackets and hang dry they get tightish but the dryer helps.

When I wash my workout clothes I just throw my wraps and Jackets in there. I've washed my Jackets 3x already and the stitching (which the Yellows are notorious for regardless) are just fine.
Edit: I don't wash my wraps as often.

Not to be annoying, but I started a thread about creating a new weekly workout routine and need help. If you chaps get the time, can you help me out its very much appreciated.
Trying to have it finished by next Monday.

I leave them on for leg day til after I take off shoes. (Squat front then sumos)
I take them off immediately after deads.
Tip: put chalk on knees to keep me in place. I use a ziplock Baggie to put em in place. I'll make a video if you want.

Leave them on the entire workout, the seems will dig in like hell the first few times you use them but after that it should feel fine leaving them on
I put them on like this, the folding them in half method that I usually see recommended doesn't work if you have calves

The difficulty bending your knees/walking goes away after the first few wears, the first time I wore mine I was like fuk I can never leave these on but I never actually had any circulation issues

Ordered Matt Wenning's dvd today. Pretty excited to get it in and watch it really. I think I'm don't trying to do a hypertrophy block. I just don't enjoy it nearly as much as a basic ME/DE conjugate style that I've run the last year and a half.
Also I made a reverse hyper for my rack today. Cost literally $50 including a pack of spade bits.

just finished up with the Strong sleeves i love them and think i got the right size. the bottom of my squats felt good/comfortable for once and they didnt bother me on deads i thought the bar would grind on them a bit but didnt notice any. the main reason i wanted to grab these was i was getting knee pain on sumos and no knee pain today on sumos.
Can you wear sleeves for deads in competitions??

yea not sure bigger issue for me with squats is dropping into hole/depth il feel a leak of power in my core or i get bent over forward to much from the bar now
but i need to fix my squat form anyways and previous lower back injury
also squatting in flat shoes right now so depth issue is usually fixed if i switch back to oly shoes
