I've been seeing a lot of Pakulski's movements and concepts utilized as of late. I enjoy watching his youtube vids where he breaks down the movement patterns and telemetry of motion. Where did you come across his work, just vids and stuff, or have you read a book/article? And, what is the difference you have felt in some of his perceptions on movements as opposed to your more traditional ways of performing them?

The biggest thing I've taken away from his videos in not arching your back in lifts like DB press and Lat Pulldown and locking down your abs. It really does work the muscle so much better that weigh. You need to check your ego and drop the poundage down, but damn do you feel it!

Agreed.
Once again, there's a difference in moving weight and stimulating a muscle. Kai Greene has always said, "I'll never be a weight lifter." It holds true when you understand what he means.

Been preaching this for a long, long time I have.
I always get a laugh out of the facial expressions from young guys at the gym when I suggest this to them.
No ego + less weight + good form = the results.
