You guys must write a lot to the file system.
If you're not seeing anything your phone used that space as unallocated and over write it.
Try doing a message with someone and post results.
I was able
To
Recover a dozen or so
My wife sent.
No I won't share you pervs
I sent one to myself and then immediately searched and couldn't find it. What folder are you finding them in?

Path:
/data/data/com.snapchat.android/cache/received_image_snaps

ok dood, i guess you dont like getting naked pics of girl *******
-
mindblown at all of the miscers in this thread with android phones that don't know how to navigate through their files and folders.
apps usually put photos in folders with a period before the folder name so the photos don't show up in the gallery on your phone, or sometimes they just change the extension, that is what vaulty does.

Not sure why you guys aren't seeing any files... I can only assume
Your phone used that space and overwrote the data.
Try again after you receive another pic, it works. Promise

These aren't random girls, don't act like you wouldn't want nudes from a girl you're interested in.
OP please let me know if you can make this work through ifunbox for iPad.
There's "snapchats" in my cache folder but nothing shows when I click it

If you have jailbreak just download Phantom in Cydia and all pics will be saved automaticly

This a roll bread? Only thing i'm finding is that folder ^^ with nothing in it :-(
-
if you have jailbroken iphone, get phantom, it will allow you to save it to camera roll without notifying the person, a sneaky way to save pics.
-
You can also screenshot on an iphone without jailbreaking.
When you open the photo, press and hold the lock button at the 2 second mark. Keep holding. When the timer gets down to 1 and is about to flip over to 0 press the home button for a screenshot. The user won't be alerted. You can send test snaps to yourself to confirm.
