I have been seriously craving Carrot Cake and my favorite slice is from Cheesecake Factory which I used to indulge in quite a bit back in the day nearly 10 years ago. I looked up the macros and it's a whopping 1510 calories so perhaps I'll give this a try
just wondering what the most volumous cereal and or mix in for sludge is
Hard to say. Ive been using light english muffins with cereal with great success. The muffins are 80 cals a piece, and really help fill the bowl. I do 2% f.a.g.e and mix in some cinnamon/truvia, and toast the english muffins. Its like a knockoff cinnamon roll. Add some cinnamon toast crunch or the like and its awesome.

Haha, I find this both funny and depressing to see. In all my months of lurking the MEN threads, I hadn't seen Pinkberry pop up. I work at a Pinkberry and this is the first time my job has haunted me online. :'] That being said though, awesome choice of flavors.

Out of all the cereals I've tried recently, Kix has had the most volume per weight. Cherios are pretty good too.

Most Volume? Def. give Caramel Rice Cake a shot, about 50 cals each, use two break em up it's almost like 2 - 3 servings of cereal

I'm curious to know about this, as well. All the English muffins I've found are 100 calories each, even the cinnamon raisin ones.

Village/Cottage Hearth. I think Sara Lee might have light ones as well.

I think you can get the idea... sorry for the late pic, started eating and by the time I realized I wanted to take a picture, there was a few bites of the sandwich left :P
It was: Large Wendy's chili - delicious as always; a honey wheat bagel sandwich with jalapeno cheddar jack cheese, turkey, pickles. Delicious and macro friendly for my preferences
