I'm a bit confused about my bodyfat, because it seems that my upper body has a way lower BF compared to my lower body.
Upper body is slim and lower body is fat.. Short legs long torso I guess.
Height 178cm
Weight 75kg
Anyways, what is my BF?

But based on body fat scales I'm at 11.5-12%, I've got some belly fat but I didn't take any side pics

Been lifting on and off for 3 years on my own time, but I do normal Army physical training daily. I'm guessing myself just off the reading I've been doing on the site that I should be around 15-18 bf%, but would like a second, more qualified opinion. Going to drop down to 190 in the next 2 months.
